Vision Quest Solvang 2008

Vision Quest Coaching

Woke up at about 6am here to go get some grub- (really never happened) I dont know why-

This year we have teams (its a team of 13 of us) we actually were able to name our teams- (were Chainreaction)
Jim Sauls came up with it-

We rolled out today at about 8:40am (the weather was about 40 degrees) and yes ALL of us overdressed I think-

I mean we had full blown shoe covers, to skull caps, it was great with all of the chicago thinking behind it thinking the weather followed us from Chi town-

Right when we left turned left and there is a very fast down hill that you go at least 30+ on easy- That woke everyone up real quick. We rode out in our teams and had to ride 9 miles to the start line- we had people start throwin down the hammer at around 6 miles in to open our legs. When we did that and people started to climbed- I think everyone felt (including me) on why I wore so much.

Let me start off by saying on how cool it is to not be on a trainer- I mena to actually not only ride (but steer your bike) its like I have been deprived.

The Time trial was really cool- step, false flat for about 2 miles- and then a nice steep part.

After the ride- We went to swim.boy that was a total mistake- I havent swim in like 3 minth I think. and It shows-

After that- we had a presentation on "Power" by Jessi from Saris-

a few massages, and then ate some really good pasta.

More later- If none of this is making sense its because Im about to fall asleep.

I actually think your spelling might have been better than normal. As far as making sense, it's pretty much par for you! By the way, I will get my revenge.
